The legality of extending a fitness contract would depend on the terms and conditions outlined in the original contract. If the contract allows for extensions or renewal, and both parties agree to the extension, then it would likely be legal. However, if the contract does not permit extensions or if there are any discrepancies in the extension process, it could potentially be considered illegal. It is important to carefully review the original contract and consult with legal counsel if there are any doubts about the legality of extending the fitness contract. **
